UAS Brand Identity
Consistency is essential. Maintaining a unified visual messaging standard across the Juneau, Ketchikan, and Sitka campuses elevates our reputation and helps communicate our educational mission. The assets and parameters provided below represent the approved identity guidelines set by the UAS Enrollment Management and Student Affairs Agency.
UAS Logo & Brand Guidelines
The official guidelines booklet contains detailed rules regarding appropriate logo padding, spacing ratios, forbidden co-branding alignments, and official print specifications. Review this document prior to making merchandise or print materials.
Logo Asset Packages
Whale Tail Wordmark (Primary Logo)
The primary logo for academic, administrative, and general university communications. Comprises the classic whale tail emblem and the serif wordmark. Available in vertical, horizontal, color, and reverse configurations.
School Spirit & Athletic Logo
A stylized, athletic refresh of the whale tail designated for campus recreation, school merchandise, student activities, and student-body clubs.

Federal law requires one of the following statements to appear on all print, web, and multimedia publications designed for external distribution:
