Welcome to the UAS Office of Rights, Compliance, and Accountability (ORCA). We facilitate the University's compliance with federal and state regulations, manage discrimination grievance procedures, and support inclusive systems across our campuses.

Title IX Gender Equity

Prohibits sex-based discrimination in education. All visitors and community members have the right to be free from discrimination, sexual harassment, stalking, and domestic/dating violence.

A consumer protection directive requiring public disclosure of campus safety measures, emergency alert guidelines, and annual fire and crime statistics.
