Request your official UAS transcript for employment, graduate school, licensure, or transfer purposes. Official transcripts are ordered through Parchment. Unofficial transcripts are available free in UAOnline.
Official Transcripts (Parchment)
UAS uses Parchment for secure, official transcript ordering and delivery. Electronic delivery is available to most institutions within 1 business day. Paper transcripts by mail typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Unofficial Transcripts (Free)
Current and former students can download an unofficial transcript at any time through UAOnline at no cost. Unofficial transcripts show all coursework but are marked "UNOFFICIAL — NOT FOR OFFICIAL USE" and are not accepted by most institutions for formal admissions or employment purposes.

Former students who have lost access to UAOnline can request transcripts by emailing the Registrar with a signed release (name, student ID or last 4 of SSN, date of birth, graduation year, and delivery address). Allow 5–10 business days for processing.
